If you are a consumer within the meaning of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods. The textiles (T-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, towels, arrow towel, hoodie, sweatshirt) are individually produced goods tailored to each customer; these are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bogensportclub Bad Kleinkirchheim, Millstätterstraße 32, 9541 Äussere Einöde, Email: info@ebhc2024.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. As emails may not be delivered due to technical reasons, we recommend contacting us by other means if you do not receive a response.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from the manufacturer or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Soiled and damaged goods (especially clothing) cannot be returned.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain contracts: Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
