The participant declares that in the event of any form of damages or injury, they have no claims whatsoever against the organizer, the property owner, the organizations associated with the event, or other participants, and that they are sufficiently insured against accidents and liability cases. This disclaimer applies to claims of any legal basis, especially for claims of contractual and non-contractual liability, as well as claims arising from unlawful acts. The organizer is not liable for participants' health risks and dangers. It is the participant's responsibility to assess their health condition before participating in the event and, if necessary, to obtain medical confirmation. The organizer has no obligation to compensate the participant if, due to force majeure, official orders, or safety reasons, the organizer is required to make changes to the execution of the event or to cancel it.

By submitting the entry form, I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth throughout the contest.

By submitting the registration form, I affirm that I am of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract or that I have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian, if I am a minor.

When registering, the participant accepts any arbitration decisions by the IFAA Arbitration Court as well as the technical inspections, and is informed that these are final, therefore no appeal is possible. This specifically includes disqualifications issued due to violations of the organizer's code of conduct and house rules.
