Your name appears in the starters list when we receive the confirmation of the payment of the registration fee.
For online payments via PayPal account or credit card, the confirmation is received in a few seconds and your name should appear immediately in the list.
For offline payments, the confirmation could take one or two weeks.
For any problem, use the contact mail address at the bottom on the page.

The starter number can be found on:

• your start card, at the top left of the page below your photo ID
• the starters list on this website

After the offline payment has been registered, you appear in the starters list.
Reconnect to the registration page with the code you have received by mail and download the registration card by clicking the small icon next to the photo ID.

You can modify your equipment description at any time after registration.
Reconnect to the registration page with the code you have received by mail and open the equipment form by clicking the "lenses" icon next to the photo ID.
Don't forget to use '/' characters to separate the equipment brand and model for proper printing in the second equipment sheet.
Reload your registration card each time you have modified the equipment description.

Reconnect to the registration page with the code you have received by mail and click on the photo ID you want to change.
From the popup form, upload a photo from your PC and center your head with the mouse and zoom slider.
Validate and reload your registration card.

It is because you have selected the "I PAY THROUGH BANK TRANSFER" button and then you have selected a PayPal button.
In that case, send us an e-mail with your payment reference (EBHC2020-XXXX), the bib number(s) and the Paypal payment reference (can be retrieved on the payment confirmation e-mail from paypal).
This reference is mandatory for us to retrieve your payment in the middle of hundreds of payment notifications we have received from Paypal.

Send us an e-mail asking for offline payment cancelation with your payment reference (EBHC2020-XXXX) and bib number(s).

The registration code is sometimes displayed in the same color than the background on some mail browsers.
Try to select the entire mail text with your mouse or change temporary the background color of your mail browser.
